CloudPrint Remote Print Monitor Info

The Remote Print Monitor is a small application that lives in your PC task tray. While it is running, you can automatically print to your desktop printer from anywhere on the web.

Install the latest version of the CloudPrint driver. It includes the remote print monitor. Enter your mobile telephone number and your PIN in the remote print monitor's configuration window. You need a PIN to use the remote print monitor.

To print an existing CloudPrint document to your home printer from any web browser (either on a computer or web-enabled mobile phone), visit the CloudPrint website.
  • On a computer, retrieve the CloudPrint as your normally would, using your phone number and document code. Then, click the big blue "Print Anywhere" button to the top-right of the document. Enter the telephone number of the printer's owner in the text box, and press Print. (e.g. to print to your own printer, enter your own phone number; recall above how you entered your own number in the monitor's configuration window.)
  • Using your Windows Mobile phone, iPhone, or other phone with a web browser, visit the CloudPrint website. You'll automatically be directed to our streamlined mobile interface. Enter your phone number and document code as always. You'll be shown the thumbnail of the document and a text box. enter the phone number (as in the previous paragraph) in the box and press Print.


    • When you (or someone else) prints to your printer, you'll receive a text message that the job has been queued, and you'll receive text messages updating you on the status of the print job, until it prints.

    IMPORTANT: If you want to use the remote print monitor to print to your home or office printer, then your computer and printer must be turned on and connected to the internet, and the remote print monitor must be running in your task tray. Also, Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed, and can be downloaded free from Adobe.
